The Revenue Engine

Six areas. One system.

Revenue growth is the result of a system. What you build, who you build it for, how you position and price it, how you create demand, and how efficiently that demand becomes revenue all work together.

RevPoint looks across the whole system to find the points with the greatest potential to change your growth trajectory.

01

Product-market fit

Is the problem real, and where is the revenue?

The right customer, a problem worth solving, and a market large enough to matter. We find where real demand exists, where you can win, and the quickest credible path to revenue — what to build, what to prove, and what can wait.

  • A clearly defined ideal customer and high-value problem
  • A market large and accessible enough to support the growth ambition
  • A clear view of competitors, alternatives and where there’s room to win
  • Evidence customers value the solution enough to pay for it
  • Retention and repeatability beyond founders, pilots and friendly customers
02

Ideal customer profile

Which companies, which roles, and how do we reach them at scale?

Not just the type of company, but the person inside it who feels the problem and signs for the fix. Then where they are, and how your message gets in front of them repeatedly.

  • Which slice of the market is actually worth going after
  • The traits your best customers have in common — size, stage, sector, complexity
  • What happens inside a company that makes them ready to buy
  • Who feels the problem, who champions it, who signs, and who gets in the way
  • Where they already gather — communities, networks, events, associations, and channels
03

Positioning & messaging

Is the story clear, and told the same way everywhere?

How you’re understood before anyone reads a feature list — what you do, why it matters, why you’re different, and whether sales, marketing, and the website are telling one story or three.

  • The category you compete in and what customers compare you against
  • The clearest way to explain what you do and why it matters
  • What makes you meaningfully different from the alternatives
  • Proof points and customer stories that make the claims believable
  • One messaging hierarchy that carries through the website, deck, marketing, and sales conversations
04

Pricing & packaging

Are we capturing the value we create?

What to charge, what to charge for, and how to package it. Often one of the fastest ways to improve the economics of the business — and one of the levers companies leave untouched the longest.

  • What customers actually value and are willing to pay for
  • The right value metric — what your pricing should actually be tied to
  • Packages and tiers that make the buying decision easier
  • Contracts, pilots, and pricing structures that create a natural path to expansion
  • How to change pricing without creating unnecessary pain for existing customers
05

Demand & sales motion

How do we create demand and turn it into revenue?

The channels, campaigns, and sales process that turn your strategy into customers — who to reach, how to reach them, and how to build a repeatable way of winning business.

  • Sales-led, product-led, partner-led, or a mix — the motion that fits how your customers buy
  • The channels most likely to create demand — outbound, content, paid, events, partners, and more
  • A sales process built around how customers actually make decisions
  • Clear qualification — what deserves a place in the pipeline and what doesn’t
  • A repeatable path from first touch to closed business
06

Revenue performance

Is growth predictable, efficient, and compounding?

The economics and operating discipline behind sustainable growth — funnel performance, forecasting, retention, expansion, and the numbers that tell you whether the whole system is actually working.

  • Where prospects move, convert, stall, and fall out of the funnel
  • The numbers that actually matter — CAC, LTV, win rate, payback, and sales efficiency
  • A forecast leadership can trust and understand
  • Retention, churn, expansion, and what happens after the initial sale
  • The people, incentives, and operating rhythm needed to make growth repeatable
Why RevPoint

A different way to approach growth.

Growth rarely comes down to one department or one tactic. We look across the whole system, find where the greatest opportunity exists, and work with your team to turn it into something repeatable.

See the whole system

Product and GTM, together.

Growth rarely lives in one function. We look across product, market, positioning, pricing, demand, sales and revenue performance to see how the pieces work together.

Find the point that matters

Focus where the trajectory can change.

Not everything needs fixing. We find the few decisions and opportunities most capable of changing the growth curve, then focus the work there.

Build it with your team

Make the strategy usable.

We work alongside your team to turn decisions into a working motion — something people understand, can measure and can continue running after we’re gone.

About

From launch to exit. A proven track record of growth.

I helped start a B2B SaaS company serving higher education: finding the market need, shaping the product, and building the go-to-market strategy that made it the category leader in its space. I grew with the company from founding Director of Revenue into the CEO seat, and ultimately led it through a full exit to a portfolio company of a top-25 global private equity firm.

I’ve worked with companies across industries and stages, from software and technology to utilities and other complex markets. I’ve served as CEO, President, and CRO, led product and revenue teams, and advised founders and leadership teams on the decisions that shape how companies go to market and grow.

RevPoint is the product of that experience. I’ve seen growth from the product, revenue, and CEO seats — from finding the initial market opportunity through building a repeatable GTM motion and ultimately exiting a business. Today, I help leadership teams see the whole system, find the opportunities that matter most, and build a clearer path to growth.

The RevPoint Approach

From opportunity to repeatable growth.

Every engagement is different. The way we approach the work isn’t.

01

Find

Find the opportunity.

Understand the business, customer, market and growth ambition. Get clear on where the strongest opportunities actually are.

02

Focus

Find the RevPoint.

Identify the one or two places in the product and GTM system where better decisions or execution have the greatest potential to change the trajectory.

03

Build

Build the path.

Turn the opportunity into a clear strategy and work alongside the team to put it into motion.

04

Repeat

Make it repeatable.

Measure what works, adjust from real evidence and leave behind a system the team can continue running.

Ways to Work Together

Different needs. Same approach.

The right engagement depends on the opportunity, the team and how involved you need us to be. The RevPoint Approach stays the same; the way we work together changes.

01

Advisory

A strategic partner at the table.

Ongoing counsel for founders and leadership teams making important product and growth decisions. A standing cadence plus access in between to pressure-test decisions and keep the work moving.

02

Fractional leadership

Leadership when you need it.

Part-time product or GTM leadership embedded with your team. We provide direction, align the work and help lead the function without requiring a full-time executive hire.

03

Focused projects

Solve a defined opportunity.

A concentrated engagement around a specific growth priority — product-market fit, ICP, positioning, pricing, market entry, GTM design, product strategy or another clearly defined opportunity.
